SFC-150 砂浆分层度试验仪

砂浆分层度测定仪是我公司依照JGJ70-2009建筑砂浆基本性能试验方法设计制造，主要用于测得砂浆在运转及停放时的保水能力即稠度的稳定性。

The mortar delamination measuring instrument is designed and manufactured by our company in accordance with the basic performance test method of JGJ70-2009 building mortar. It is mainly used to measure the water retention capacity and consistency of the mortar when it is running and parked.

砂浆分层度测定仪试验步骤：

将拌和好的砂浆**行稠度试验，然后将同批砂浆（或经稠度试验的砂浆重新拌和均匀）一次注满分层度筒。

静置30分钟后，再取容器下部1/3部分的砂浆 即：去掉上层20厘米砂浆，然后取出底层10厘米砂浆重新拌匀再测定砂浆稠度。

两次砂浆稠度的差值，即为砂浆的分层度（厘米）。

砂浆的分层度应取两次试验结果的算术平均值。

Test steps of mortar layer tester:

The mixed mortar ** is subjected to a consistency test, and then the same batch of mortar (or the mortar that has undergone the consistency test is re-mixed evenly) once into the full-scale layer cylinder.

After standing for 30 minutes, take the mortar in the lower third of the container, that is, remove the upper 20 cm mortar, then take out the bottom 10 cm mortar and mix again to determine the mortar consistency.

The difference between the two consistency of the mortar is the delamination (cm) of the mortar.

The delamination of the mortar shall be the arithmetic mean of the two test results.

砂浆分层度测定仪维护保养：

仪器设备不准随意拆改或解体使用，确因需要开发新功能或改造更新等，需按分**管理权限，履行审批手续后再实施。

经常进行 设备的保养与维护，并存放在干燥通风之处，待用时间过长仪器设备，应定期通电开机，防止潮霉损坏仪器设备其零部件。

建立大型精度、贵重 备技术指标定期校验和标定制度，保持应有的技术指标。做好使用原始记录。

Maintenance of Mortar Delamination Tester:

Instruments and equipment are not allowed to be dismantled or dismantled at will. Due to the need to develop new functions or upgrades, etc., it is necessary to manage the authority according to the sub-** and implement the approval procedures.

Carry out maintenance and maintenance of the equipment frequently, and store it in a dry and ventilated place. If the equipment is not used for a long time, it should be powered on regularly to prevent moisture and mold from damaging its components.

Establish regular calibration and standardization of large-scale precision and precious technical indicators, and maintain due technical indicators. Make good use of original records.
