3. Matters needing attention:
◆ Before use, check whether the oil in the oil tank is sufficient. You can check the oil mark on the right side. If it is not enough, open the rear box plate and add it to the oil tank until the liquid level is at the oil mark.
◆Check whether the oil tank joints and fasteners are loose, and tighten them if they are loose. Check that the dust cover should be intact. Check whether safety protection measures such as electrical grounding and fuse are effective.
◆ When using for the first time, you should first open the oil return valve, close the oil return valve, turn on the power, press the start button, the oil pump starts to work, then close the oil return valve, slowly open the oil delivery valve, the piston rises for a certain distance, No jams and other phenomena. If so, unload, shut down for inspection, and exclude it. Open the oil return valve and the piston will drop to its original position.
◆Wipe the surface of the test piece clean and check the appearance for obvious defects. If there is any defect that can affect the test value, the non-destructive test piece must be replaced.
◆Place the wire frame of the lower platen of the test piece in the middle of the lower plate, and according to the size of the test piece, turn the handwheel and lead screw to adjust the upper platen to the proper position.
◆Turn on the power supply of the measurement and control system (the switch is at the back of the measurement and control box), and follow the operation steps to perform resetting and clock modification and other relevant data input.
◆Press the start button, close the oil return valve, adjust the oil delivery valve, and carry out the loading test at the required rate steadily, until the test piece is crushed and the load drops. Then open the oil return valve to make the oil flow back to the oil tank quickly.
◆At the end of the test, press the "Print" button on the panel. The printer can print out the test report for this time.
◆During operation, the rising height of the lower pressing plate shall not exceed 4cm (or the mark line on the column) to avoid accidents.
◆It is forbidden to place any part of the human body, such as hands, between the upper and lower pressure plates during operation, and pay attention to the fragments of the test piece when it is broken and hurt people.
◆Clear the broken test block immediately after the test for the next test. When the test is no longer being done, open the oil return valve, close the oil delivery valve, and cut off the power supply.
