建筑密封胶挤出器用途:

它适用于测定单组分密封材料的挤出性及多组分密封材料的适用期。利用压缩空气在规定条件下从标准器具中挤出规定体积的密封材料。对单组份密封材料,以单位时间内挤出的密封材料体积报告其挤出性;对多组份密封材料,以绘图的方法报告其适用期。建筑密封胶挤出器完全符合GB/T13477.3-2017《建筑密封材料试验方法》第3部分:使用标准器具测定密封材料挤出性和适用期的方法中对挤出器的要求,标准挤出器材质的要求,使其符合ISO9048标准的要求。

Building sealant extruder use

It is suitable for determining the extrudability of one-component sealing materials and the pot life of multi-component sealing materials. A predetermined volume of sealing material is extruded from a standard appliance using compressed air under specified conditions. For one-component sealing materials, the extrudability is reported in the volume of the sealing material extruded per unit time; for multi-component sealing materials, the pot life is reported by drawing. 建筑密封胶挤出器结构及原理:

挤出器主要由挤出桶、活塞、前后盖及孔板等组成。

它的工作原理是利用压缩空气在规定压力下标准器具中挤出规定体积的密封材料。对单组分密封材料,以单位时间内挤出的密封体积报告其挤出性;对多组分密封材料,以绘图的方法报告其适用期。

Construction sealant extruder structure and principle

The extruder is mainly composed of an extrusion barrel, a piston, front and rear covers, and orifice plates.

It works by using compressed air to extrude a specified volume of sealing material in a standard appliance at a specified pressure. For a one-component sealing material, the extrusion property is reported in a sealed volume extruded per unit time; for a multi-component sealing material, the pot life is reported by a drawing method.


建筑密封胶挤出器技术参数:

★挤出器试验体积:250ML、400ML

★挤出孔的直径:φ2mm、φ4mm、φ6mm、φ10mm共四种。

建筑密封胶挤出器组装与使用:

★将活塞和活塞环装在一起,放入挤出筒中,活塞环的一侧朝向挤出孔。将试样填入挤出筒中,注意勿混入空气,将填满的试样表面修平,然后将前盖、孔板及后盖装在挤出筒上。

★使滑板处于关闭状态,将组装好的挤出器与空压机相连接。使挤出器置于相关产品标准规定的空气压力之下,在整个试验过程中保持压力稳定。

★测试之前挤出(2-3)cm长的试样,使试样充满挤出器的孔。

Fourth, assembly and use

★ Install the piston and piston ring together and place them in the extrusion cylinder with one side of the piston ring facing the extrusion hole. Fill the sample into the extrusion cylinder, taking care not to mix air, flatten the surface of the filled sample, and then install the front cover, orifice plate and back cover on the extrusion cylinder.

★ The slide is closed and the assembled extruder is connected to the air compressor. The extruder was placed under the air pressure specified by the relevant product standard and the pressure was maintained throughout the test.

★ Extrude the (2-3) cm long sample before testing to fill the sample with the well.
