四、使用说明:
★在测定粘度之前,先将粘度计用水刷干净,再在化验用的泥浆搅拌机中,把泥浆搅拌1分钟,量杯将500及200毫升(700毫升)的泥浆通过筛网注入粘度计,其流出口用手指堵住不使流出。
★测量时将500毫升的量杯置于流出口下,当放开堵住出口的手指时,同时开动停表,待泥浆流满500毫升量杯,达到它的边缘时,在按动停表,记下泥浆流出的时间,就是这泥浆的粘度,假如在测定粘度以前,没有将泥浆按照上法在搅拌机中充分搅拌,则应把泥浆由量杯重新倒入粘度计中,重复测量,一直到流出的时间不再减少为止。
★将粘度计悬挂在墙上做试验比较方便,这样只要一人就可以进行操作,测量后须用水将粘度计,筛网和量杯冲洗干净。
★粘度计应当时常用清洁的水来测量出其流出的时间,这称粘度计的“水值”。如水值大于15秒,表示流出管未冲洗干净,可用软毛刷,布条等冲刷管子,如小于5秒,就不能用了,正常水值为15±0.5秒。

If the mud is not thoroughly stirred in the mixer according to the above method before the viscosity is measured, the mud should be poured from the measuring cup into the viscometer again, and the measurement is repeated until the flow out. Time is no longer reduced.
★ It is convenient to hang the viscometer on the wall for testing, so that it can be operated by one person. After the measurement, the viscometer, screen and measuring cup must be rinsed with water.
★ Viscometer should always use clean water to measure the time of its outflow, which is called the “water value” of the viscometer. If the water value is greater than 15 seconds, it means that the outflow pipe is not rinsed out. It can be washed with a soft brush, cloth strip, etc. If it is less than 5 seconds, it can not be used. The normal water value is 15±0.5 seconds.
五、结构:
是一个漏斗状容器,末端为一个流出管,仪器装有手柄,手柄上有二个钥匙孔,使挂在墙上钉子上时,仪器保持垂直,一只圆筒状隔成两部的量杯,正反两面都可以使用,一面的容量为500毫升,另一面的容量约1000毫升,其直径与粘度计上口相同,所以筛可以复在两者之上,筛网为滤泥浆之用,筛孔为每时16孔。
