土工布透水性测定仪操作步骤：

★装夹试样

取出夹持器，松开压紧螺母上，将试样平整地放置在下夹持平面上，压上上夹持器，然后拧紧压紧螺母，将夹持器安放在定位支承销上。

★打开电源开关，在时间计数器上设定收集时间值

★确定放水口处于关闭状态,进水口外接稳压电源后，打开流量控制开关，将出水嘴对准水位量筒，往仪器内注水，直至水位超过水位试样平面达到内器的高度，此时水头压差为零。

★待水平面稳定后继续注水，水开始溢出内容器，调节流量控制开关控制水的流量以得到固定的压差，既水位量筒内的水位稳定，此时溢出的水通过排水口排出。

★待水头压差稳定30S后，按下工作键，时间计时器开始计时，同时电磁阀转换出水口，此时溢出水流通过取水口流出。流出水量通过仪器收集，再用量筒测出具体数值，**到10ml，达到设定的时间后，电磁阀动作，此时溢出水从排水口排出。

★在进行以上步骤的同时，读取温度计上的温度值，水温应在10-25度（**到0.1度）

★重复以上步骤，共得到5组读数，水流速度均匀分布在0-60mm/s之间，试验时水流速度从A高做到A低。

★重复6-7步骤，在同一水压下将余下试样测试完毕。

★关闭电源开关，拔下电源插头

★打开放水口，将仪器内的剩余水排空

★测式数值按GB/T5789-2005 标准处理。

TSY-1 geotextile water permeability tester operation steps:

★ Clamping sample

Take out the holder, loosen the compression nut, place the sample flat on the lower clamping plane, press the upper clamp, then tighten the compression nut, and place the clamp on the positioning support pin.

★ Turn on the power switch and set the collection time value on the time counter

★ Make sure that the water outlet is closed. After the water inlet is connected to a regulated power supply, turn on the flow control switch, point the water outlet at the water level measuring cylinder, and fill the instrument with water until the water level exceeds the water level and the sample plane reaches the height of the internal device. The pressure difference is zero.

★ After the water level stabilizes, continue to inject water. The water begins to overflow the inner container. Adjust the flow control switch to control the water flow to obtain a fixed pressure difference. The water level in the water level measuring cylinder is stable. At this time, the overflowed water is discharged through the drain.

★ After the water head pressure difference is stabilized for 30S, press the work key, the time timer starts counting, and the solenoid valve switches out of the water outlet at this time. At this time, the overflow water flows out through the water inlet. The amount of outflow water is collected by the instrument, and the specific value is measured with a measuring cylinder, ** to 10ml. When the set time is reached, the solenoid valve is activated, and the overflow water is discharged from the drain at this time.

★ While carrying out the above steps, read the temperature value on the thermometer, the water temperature should be 10-25 degrees (** to 0.1 degrees)

★ Repeat the above steps to get a total of 5 sets of readings. The water flow speed is evenly distributed between 0-60mm / s. During the test, the water flow speed is from A high to A low.

★ Repeat steps 6-7 to test the remaining samples under the same water pressure.

★ Turn off the power switch and unplug the power plug

★ Open the water outlet and drain the remaining water in the instrument

★ Measured value is processed according to GB / T5789-2005 standard.
