混凝土试件蒸汽养护箱

一、简介：

本设备是混凝土试件进行蒸汽养护试验的设备。符合JTG /T F50-2011《公路桥涵施工技术规范》要求。 本设备采用加热水箱和试验箱分体设计，试验过程按控制仪设定的温度、时间和程式分别进行静置、升温、恒温、降温四个过程，并根据用户要求控制升温和降温速率且升温速率可调。

Introduction to Steam Rapid Maintenance Box:

This equipment is a special equipment for steam curing test of concrete specimens. It meets the requirements of JTG /T F50-2011 "Technical Specifications for Construction of Highway Bridges and Culverts". The equipment adopts separate design of heating water tank and test box. The test process is carried out according to the temperature, time and program set by the controller. The four processes of standing, heating, constant temperature and cooling are respectively controlled, and the heating and cooling rates are controlled according to user requirements and the temperature is raised. The rate is adjustable.

二、原理：

由加热水箱内产生蒸汽，经管路将蒸汽送入试验箱工作室内。当箱内温度低于温度目标值时，蒸汽进入箱内；当温度超过目标值时关闭进气及加热。以此来控制箱内升温速度及恒温温度值。

Steam rapid curing box principle:

Steam is generated from the heating water tank, and the steam is sent to the test chamber working chamber through the pipeline. When the temperature inside the tank is lower than the target value of the temperature, the steam enters the tank; when the temperature exceeds the target value, the intake and heating are turned off. In this way, the temperature rise rate and the constant temperature value in the tank are controlled.
