一、全自动混凝土徐变试验仪【概述】

混凝土徐变试验仪用于测定混凝土圆柱体或长方体试件在恒定的受压荷载作用下,随时间增长的变形,即混凝土的压缩徐变变形。适用于混凝土在恒温和绝湿条件下,测试单向受压的混凝土徐变试验。本设备能满足相关行业的科研院所、大专院校的设计、施工、质检等部门混凝土徐变试验的需要。

1. Fully automatic concrete creep tester [Overview]

The concrete creep tester is used to determine the deformation of concrete cylindrical or cuboid specimens under constant compressive load over time, that is, compression and creep deformation of concrete. It is suitable for testing the creep of concrete under unidirectional compression under constant temperature and humidity conditions. 三、全自动混凝土徐变试验仪【技术参数】

★ The pump station hydraulic jack is used to automatically pressurize. The pressure value can be set arbitrarily within the test range. When the test piece is pressurized and deformed for a long time and the pressure is lower than the set pressure, it is automatically pressurized. The operation is convenient and the pressure is easy to control and adjust.

★ The spring is made of high-quality 60Si2Mn (spring steel) material and undergoes secondary heat treatment. The overall structure of the test frame is subjected to secondary heat treatment such as quenching, which has high strength and small stress relaxation.


四、全自动混凝土徐变试验仪【产品特点】

★全自动混凝土徐变试验仪是由一套液压系统同时控制3个或6个或9个徐变仪试件加载架,可以单独对每个试件加载架进行独立荷载加载;

★试验支架的丝杠,经调质蘸火处理,使其达到更好的强度和硬度的综合效果;

★试验加载架均采用叠合组合式碟簧作为蓄能和减震部件,稳定性高,受力均匀,不变形。

★加载压力通过触摸屏来设定,同时实时采集试件形变量及其试验室环境温湿度值。通过触摸屏设定好相应压力参数,触摸屏通过液压系统对每一个徐变仪加载架进行压力加载,当达到设定压力时恒压,待试件在长时间加载产生形变导致压力不足时,液压系统自动加压至设定值,并恒压。该控制系统对每一个试件加载架可以独立加载,并且可以分三个阶段把试验压力加载到试件上,每个阶段恒压时间可以根据试验情况任意设定。

★试验支架均配有底座,相比其他厂家只是靠三根丝杠轴端面与地面接触比较,加大了地面的承载力,减小了地面单位面积的受力,试验支架放置更为平稳,不会破坏试验室地面。

★液压泵站采用国内知名品牌泵站,可长期稳定运行;带有液压锁元件,可以在压力达到设定值时,锁死油路,避免油路在长期受高压下液压油泄流油箱导致压力快速降低和泵站启动频繁。同时与试验支架碟簧的配套使用下有效保证压力稳定,压力蓄能好,减少泵站频繁启动延长使用寿命,达到节能降耗的目的。

★压力采集系统和位移采集系统均采用国际知名品牌,精度和耐用性良好,是国内厂家无法比拟的;

★关键电气元件采用法国施耐德的和德国西门子的,耐频繁启动次数高,在复杂对的环境下耐用性好,

4. Fully automatic concrete creep tester [Product Features]

★ Full-automatic concrete creep tester is a set of hydraulic system that controls 3 or 6 or 9 creep tester loading racks at the same time, and can independently load each test specimen loading rack;

The corresponding pressure parameters are set through the touch screen. The touch screen pressure-loads each creep meter loading frame through the hydraulic system. When the set pressure is reached, the pressure is constant. When the test piece is deformed for a long time and the pressure is insufficient, the hydraulic system automatically adds pressure. Press to the set value and constant pressure. The control system can independently load each test specimen loading rack, and can load the test pressure on the test specimen in three stages, and the constant pressure time in each stage can be arbitrarily set according to the test situation.

★ The test stand is equipped with a base. Compared with other manufacturers, only the end surface of the three screw shafts is in contact with the ground, which increases the bearing capacity of the ground and reduces the force per unit area of the ground. The test stand is placed more smoothly. Will damage the laboratory floor.

★ Hydraulic pumping station adopts domestic well-known brand pumping station, which can run stably for a long time; with hydraulic lock element, it can lock the oil circuit when the pressure reaches the set value, avoiding the oil circuit being caused by the hydraulic oil leakage tank under high pressure for a long time The pressure drops rapidly and the pumping station starts frequently. At the same time, it can effectively ensure the pressure stability and the pressure energy storage under the supporting use of the test stand disc spring, which can reduce the frequent startup of the pump station and extend the service life to achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.
