在一般的绝热温升设计方法里,为了使环境温度能和试件温度保持一致,除了要符合**标准跟踪精度≤±0.05℃外,还要标定试件温度对应的偏差值来保证混凝土试件绝热温升温度的真实性,即使采用了上述措施,由于系统误差的随机性总是不能和偏差值一一对应,同时跟踪精度也具有随机性,因此混凝土试件或多或少的向环境放出热量或吸收热量,从而使混凝土试件温度曲线失去了一定的真实性。为此我公司在上述两项措施的基础上设计了一套软、硬件控制系统,从而使得在相同的跟踪精度和偏差值情况下,使试件向环境放出热量或吸收热量减小了一半。
