四、操作规程:
★使用前应检查油箱内的油液是否充足,可观察右侧面的油标,如不足,则应打开后箱板向油箱内加油至液面在油标处为合适。
★检查各油管接头和紧固件是否松动,检查电气接地措施是否有效。
★检查压力传感器、测控系统过载输出及电源的接插是否有效。
★A使用时,按下启动按钮,接通电源油泵开始工作,开启电脑,使活塞上升一段距离,观察有无卡住等异常现象。如有,则应卸荷停机检查,并排除之;如无异常现象,则按下停止按钮,活塞停止上升。

★抗折时将试件平放在两下抗折板上。当试件开始加载时应按所需加荷速率使活塞平稳上升,及至试件折断破碎,负荷下降,工作油缸内的油迅速流回油箱,而活塞则靠其上的重量下降到A低点或需要位置。如需连接试验,则不必将油缸内的油全部放光,使活塞下降太低,只要能容纳下一次试件顺利安装即可。

When the test piece starts to load, the piston should rise smoothly at the required loading rate, and until the test piece breaks and breaks, the load decreases, and the oil in the working cylinder quickly flows back to the fuel tank, and the weight of the piston drops to the low point of A.
