一,产品简介:

三,测试原理:
利用物质对不同波长的光呈现选择性吸收现象来进行物质的定性和定量分析。如果被测溶液是完全透明的,当一束定向入射光I 经过溶液时,能检测到定向透射光IC 的光强度;若溶液存在不同程度的浑浊,当定向入射光I 经过溶液时,必定会产生光的扩散,从而定向透射光IC 的光强减小,因此只要准确测量出定向透射光IC 的光强大小,**能定量反映出溶液的透明度。

四,使用方法:
♦ 开机预热 
      使用前应预热30 分钟。 
♦ 波长调整 
    转动波长旋纽,并观察波长显示窗,调整至需要的测试波长(460 钠米)。 
    注意事项:转动测试波长校正(透射率A)后,以稳定5 分钟后进行测试为好(符合行业标准及计量部门检定规程要求)。 
♦ 设置测试模式 
    按功能健,便可在“透射率”和“吸光率”中切换测试模式。 
♦ 玻璃比色皿的配对性 
    该仪器所附的玻璃比色皿是经过配对测试的,未经配对处理的比色皿将影响样品的测试精度。用手拿比色皿应握比色皿的磨砂表面,不应该接触比色皿的透光面,即透光面上不能有手印或溶液痕迹,待测溶液中不能有气泡、悬浮物,否则也将影响样品的测试精度。比色皿在使用完毕后应立即洗干净。 
♦ 调零(射率0% ) 
    在T模式时,将遮光体置入样品架,合上样品室,并拉动样品架拉杆使其进入光路。然后按动“调零”键,显示器上显示“00.0”或 “-00.0”,便完成调T 零,完成调T零后,取出遮光体。 

Fourth, use method:

♦ Preheating after startup

Warm up for 30 minutes before use. Zh

♦ Wavelength adjustment

Turn the wavelength knob and observe the wavelength display window to adjust to the required test wavelength (460 nm). Zh

Note: After turning the test wavelength correction (transmittance A), it is better to perform the test after 5 minutes of stability (in accordance with the requirements of the industry standards and the verification regulations of the metrology department). Zh

♦ Set the test mode

Press the function button to switch the test mode between "Transmittance" and "Absorbance". Zh

♦ Pairing of glass cuvettes

The glass cuvettes attached to this instrument are paired and tested. Unpaired cuvettes will affect the test accuracy of the sample. When holding the cuvette with your hand, you should hold the frosted surface of the cuvette, and should not touch the light-transmitting surface of the cuvette, that is, there should be no fingerprints or traces of the solution on the light-transmitting surface, and there should be no air bubbles or suspended matter in the solution to be tested, otherwise It will also affect the test accuracy of the sample. Wash the cuvettes immediately after use. Zh

♦ Zero adjustment (emissivity 0%)

In T mode, place the light-shielding body into the sample holder, close the sample chamber, and pull the sample holder lever to enter the light path. Then press the "Zero" key, the display will show "00.0" or "-00.0", and then complete the T zero adjustment. After completing the T zero adjustment, remove the shade.

五,仪器安装:
1 仪器工作环境 
1.1  仪器的额定电压为220V ±22V, 50Hz±1Hz。供电电压不正常会使仪器无法正常工作。 
1.2  仪器应安装在干燥的室内,环境度为5℃~35℃(A合适为15℃~28℃),相对湿度不大于85% (一般控制在45%-65%)。 
1.3  仪器应安装在坚固平稳的工作台上,且无强烈的震动或持续震动。 
1.4  室内无硫化氢,亚硝酸氟等腐蚀性气体。 
1.5  仪器应远离高强度磁场,电场及会产生高频波的设备。 
1.6  仪器应避免强风的直接吹袭。 
1.7  仪器应避免光的直接照射。 
1.8  仪器供电电源应有良好的接地
2  仪器安装 
2.1  开箱后检查仪器是否有损坏,并根据装箱单核对附件是否齐全。 
2.2  确认配件无误后,插入电源线并接通电源。 
2.3  检查仪器是否工作正常。

Five, instrument installation:

1 Instrument working environment

1.6 The instrument should avoid direct blow by strong wind. Zh

1.7 The instrument should avoid direct exposure to light. Zh

1.8 The instrument power supply should be well grounded

2 Instrument installation

2.1 Check the instrument for damage after unpacking and check whether the accessories are complete according to the packing list. Zh

2.2 After confirming that the accessories are correct, insert the power cord and turn on the power. Zh

2.3 Check whether the instrument works normally.

六,注意事项: 
1. 测试模式应在透光率(T )模式; 
2. 如果未置入遮光体合上样品室,并其进入光路便无法完成调T零; 
3. 调T零时不要打开样品室、推拉样品架; 
4. 调T零后(未取出遮光体),如切换至吸光率测试模式,显示器上显示为 “.EL”。 
5. 如直接在吸光率(A )模式调T零,则在置入遮光体后不管显示器上是否显示“.EL”,均需按动“调零”键。 
6  校正A  光率 
    将蒸馏水样品置入样品架,并推拉样品架拉杆其进入光路。然后按动“校正”键,此时屏幕显示“BL”  延时数秒便显示 “100.0”(在透光率模式时)或 “-.000”、“.000”(在吸光率模式时),即自动完成校正。 
7 无色液体透明度测试 
7.1  按动功能键,切换至“透光率”测试模式。 
7.2  调整测试波长(460 纳米)。 
7.3  用遮体调零 
7.4  用无色液体标准液校正100.00% 
7.5  置入待测样品,读取测试数据。 
7.4  平行测定两次,如果两次测定结果之差不大于2,取这两次测定结果的平均值 
8  有色液体透明度测试 
8.1  按动功能键,切换至“透光率”测试模式。 
8.2  调整测试波长(460 纳米)。 
8.3  用遮体调零 
8.4  用有色液体标准液校正100.00% 
8.5  置入待测样品,读取测试数据。 
8.4  平行测定两次,如果两次测定结果之差不大于2,取这两次测定结果的平均值

Six, matters needing attention:

1. The test mode should be in the transmittance (T) mode;

2. If the light-shielding body is not inserted and the sample chamber is closed, and it enters the optical path, T-zero adjustment cannot be completed;

3. Do not open the sample chamber or push and pull the sample rack when adjusting T to zero.

4. After adjusting T to zero (without the light shield), if you switch to the absorbance test mode, the display will show “.EL”. Zh

5. If you adjust T to zero directly in the absorbance (A) mode, you need to press the "Zero" key after placing the shading body regardless of whether ".EL" is displayed on the display. Zh

6 Correction A Luminance

Put the distilled water sample into the sample holder, and push and pull the sample holder rod into the optical path. Then press the “Calibration” key, at this time the screen displays “BL”. After a few seconds, it displays “100.0” (in the light transmittance mode) or “-.000”, “.000” (in the absorbance mode) The calibration is completed automatically. Zh

7 colorless liquid transparency test

7.1 Press the function key to switch to the "transmittance" test mode. Zh

7.2 Adjust the test wavelength (460 nm). Zh

7.3 Zeroing with Cover

7.4 Calibrate 100.00% with colorless liquid standard solution

7.5 Insert the sample to be tested and read the test data. Zh

7.4 Measure twice in parallel. If the difference between the two measurements is not greater than 2, take the average of the two measurements.

8 Colored liquid transparency test

8.1 Press the function key to switch to the "transmittance" test mode. Zh

8.2 Adjust the test wavelength (460 nm). Zh

8.5 Insert the sample to be tested and read the test data. Zh

八,仪器日常保养:
该仪器是精密光学仪器,出厂前经过精细的装配和调试,如果能对仪器进行恰当的维护与保养,不仅能保证仪器的可靠性和稳定性,也可以延长仪器的使用寿命。
1  按4.1 为仪器提供一个良好的工作环境。
2  在测试过程中,要注意防止溶液溅入样品架和样品室内,盛有测试溶液的比色皿不宜在样品室内久置。
3  要注意保护比色皿的光学窗(透光面)。除不要擦伤外,主要要防止光学窗被污染,使用完毕后要及时洗,不要残存的样品或洗涤液附在光学窗上,以保持其良好的配对性。
4  每次使用后应检查样品室内是否积存有溢出溶液,经常擦拭样品室,以防废液对部件或光学元件的腐蚀。
5 仪器使用完毕应好防尘罩,可在样品室内放置干燥剂袋防潮,但开机时要取出。
6  仪器液晶显示器和键盘日常使用和储存时应注意防划伤、防水、防尘和防腐蚀。
7  定期进行性能指标检测,发现问题即与当地产品经销商或公司销售部联系。专业维修人员请勿擅自打开机壳进行修理。
8  长期不使用仪器时,尤其要注意环境度、湿度,A好在样品室内放置干燥剂袋并定期更换。

Eight, instrument daily maintenance:

This instrument is a precision optical instrument that has been carefully assembled and debugged before leaving the factory. If the instrument can be properly maintained and maintained, it will not only ensure the reliability and stability of the instrument, but also extend the service life of the instrument.

1 Provide a good working environment for the instrument according to 4.1.

2 During the test, care should be taken to prevent the solution from splashing into the sample rack and sample chamber. The cuvette containing the test solution should not be left in the sample chamber for a long time.

3 Pay attention to protect the optical window (light-transmitting surface) of the cuvette. In addition to not scratching, the main reason is to prevent the optical window from being contaminated. Wash it promptly after use, and do not attach residual samples or washing liquid to the optical window to maintain its good matching.

4 After each use, check whether there is any overflow solution in the sample chamber. Wipe the sample chamber frequently to prevent the liquid from corroding parts or optical components.

5 After the instrument is used, a dust cover should be installed. A desiccant bag can be placed in the sample room to prevent moisture, but it must be removed when the device is turned on.

6 The daily use and storage of the instrument's LCD display and keyboard should be protected from scratches, water, dust and corrosion.

7 Perform regular performance index inspections and contact your local product distributor or company sales department if problems are found. Professional maintenance personnel should not open the case for repair without authorization.

8 When the instrument is not used for a long time, pay special attention to the environmental degree and humidity. A is better to place a desiccant bag in the sample room and replace it regularly.
