一,QHY巴克霍尔兹压痕试验仪产品简介:
巴克霍尔兹压痕仪是专业检测仪器,用于色漆、清漆的单层涂膜或多层涂膜的压痕试验。此压痕仪仅用于塑性变形的表面测量抗压力。当使用压痕仪在规定条件下施压涂膜时,即可形成压痕长度。以压痕长度倒数的函数表示抗压痕性试验结果。当要求涂膜的性能(抗压痕性)提高时,抗压痕性值就增大。
 the product introduction:
The Barkholtz indenter is a professional testing instrument for the indentation test of single-layer or multi-layer coatings for paints and varnishes. This indenter is only used for plastically deformed surfaces to measure pressure resistance. When the coating film is applied under a predetermined condition using an indenter, the indentation length can be formed. The results of the indentation resistance test are expressed as a function of the reciprocal of the indentation length. When the performance (indentation resistance) of the coating film is required to be increased, the value of the indentation resistance is increased.

二,QHY巴克霍尔兹压痕试验仪技术参数;
 压痕仪整个装置重1000±5g;
 压痕仪上的有效负荷重500±5g;
 读数显微镜:a、放大倍数20倍;
        b、附带光源入射角大于60°;
        c、读数精度0.1mm。

三,QHY巴克霍尔兹压痕试验仪使用方法:
 通常具备的要求
1、在一个硬的平整无扭曲、表面无可见隆起的底材上;
2 、在测试负荷下,底材必须不变形;
3、在测试期间,漆膜一般表现塑性变形,而不是弹性变形;
4 、漆膜必须在压痕装置的负荷下,膜厚仍保持至少10um的厚度;
5、漆膜必须均匀、光滑和清洁。
 取样按GB3186规定进行。
 试板按GB9275—88中第5条的要求制做。
Third, the method of use:
 Common requirements
1. On a hard, flat, non-twisted substrate with no visible bulge on the surface;
2. Under the test load, the substrate must not be deformed;
3. During the test, the paint film generally exhibits plastic deformation rather than elastic deformation;
4, the paint film must be under the load of the indentation device, the film thickness is still maintained at least 10um thickness;
5. The paint film must be uniform, smooth and clean.
 Sampling shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB3186.
 The test board shall be manufactured in accordance with the requirements of Article 5 of GB9275-88.

四,QHY巴克霍尔兹压痕试验仪试验步骤:
 试验环境条件
除非另有规定,试验应在温度23±2°C;相对湿度(50±5)%的条件下进行。
 压痕长度测定
1、将试板漆膜朝上,放在稳固的试验台平面上;
2、将压痕器轻轻地放在试板适当的位置上;放时应首先使装置的脚与试板接触,然后小心地放下压痕器。可先在试验压痕的位置上做记号,以便压后重新找到压痕。放置30±1s后拾起装置离开试板时,应先是压痕器,后是装置的脚。
3、除非另有规定,移去压痕器后35±5s期间内,用显微镜放在测定的位置上,测定压痕产生的影像长度以毫米表示,精确到0.1mm,记录其结果。
4、在同一试板上的不同部位进行5次试验,计算其算术平均值。
 抗压痕性的计算
1、将平均值数字修约成A近似表中某一栏的值,用该压痕长度舍入值查表来得到抗压痕性。
2、通过下式计算抗压痕性:
100/L       中式:L—压痕长度mm
Fourth, the test steps:
 Test environmental conditions
Unless otherwise specified, the test shall be carried out at a temperature of 23 ± 2 ° C; relative humidity (50 ± 5)%.
 Indentation length measurement
1. Place the paint film on the test plate on the surface of the stable test bench;
2. Gently place the indenter in the appropriate position on the test plate; first place the foot of the device into contact with the test plate, then carefully lower the indenter. Mark the position of the test indentation first so that the indentation can be found again after pressing. After placing the device for 30±1 s, the pick-up device should leave the test plate first, then the indenter first, followed by the foot of the device.
3. Unless otherwise specified, the microscope shall be placed at the position measured within 35 ± 5 s after removal of the indenter. The length of the image produced by the indentation shall be expressed in millimeters, accurate to 0.1 mm, and the results recorded.
4. Perform 5 tests on different parts of the same test panel and calculate the arithmetic mean.
 Calculation of indentation resistance
1. The average value is rounded to the value of a column in the most approximate table, and the value of the indentation is rounded up to obtain the indentation resistance.
2. Calculate the indentation resistance by the following formula:

五,下表表明了压痕长度和抗压痕性之间的关系,也列出了压痕深度和涂层厚度。

六,QHY巴克霍尔兹压痕试验仪注意事项:
 测量使用后应将仪器擦干净放回包装盒内。
 仪器应放在干燥处。
 螺口聚光灯泡2..2V,0.2A为易损件。
 每次使用后应将手电筒中的电池(自备)拆下
Six, note:
 After use, wipe the instrument clean and put it back in the box.
 The instrument should be placed in a dry place.
 Screw spotlight bulb 2..2V, 0.2A is wearing parts.
