The paint film divider is designed and manufactured according to ISO2409-1974 standard. Mainly applicable to the determination of adhesion of organic coatings. Not only suitable for laboratories, but also for construction sites under various conditions.

 

漆膜划格器工作原理和适用范围:

该仪器以一定规格的工具将涂层做格阵图形切割并穿透,规格完成的图形按六级分类,评定涂层从底材分离的抗性。

本划格器有三种规格间距的多刃切割刀(1mm、2mm、3mm)按不同实验条件可供选择。1mm间距的多刃切割刀适用于涂膜厚度<60um的试片,2mm间距的多刃切割刀适用于涂膜厚度<60~120um的试片,3mm间距的多刃切割刀是为特殊用途而设计的。

The working principle and scope of the paint film divider:

The instrument uses a certain specification tool to cut and penetrate the coating into a lattice pattern. The completed graphics are classified into six grades to evaluate the resistance of the coating to separation from the substrate.

This grid divider has three specifications of multi-blade cutting blades (1mm, 2mm, 3mm) to choose from according to different experimental conditions. Multi-blade cutting blade with 1mm pitch is suitable for test pieces with coating film thickness <60um, multi-blade cutting blade with 2mm pitch is suitable for test pieces with coating film thickness <60 ~ 120um. 漆膜划格器特点:

用于均匀划出一定规格尺寸的方格,通过评定方格内涂膜的完整程度来评定涂膜对基材附着程度,以‘级’表示。它主要用于有机涂料划格法附着力的测定,不仅适用于实验室,也可用于各种条件下的施工现场。(这种刀片及加工工艺,只适用于非金属和软金属基材上面的涂层的附着力测试,需要均衡用力使每条划痕都划穿涂层)。

Features of the paint film divider:

It is used to uniformly draw a grid of a certain size. The degree of adhesion of the coating film to the substrate is evaluated by evaluating the completeness of the coating film in the grid, which is expressed as 'grade'. It is mainly used for the determination of the adhesion of organic paint by the grid method. It is not only suitable for laboratories but also for construction sites under various conditions. (This kind of blade and processing technology is only suitable for the adhesion test of coatings on non-metal and soft metal substrates, and it needs to be balanced to force each scratch to penetrate the coating).

漆膜划格器使用方法:

★试片必须按ISOR1514及ISO2808的规定制备:

★将试片放置在有足够硬度的平板上:

★根据需要实验的涂膜厚度,选用规格合适的多刃切割刀,将图中件2

松开一圈,搬动刀体3或螺纹轴1,即可改换多刃切割刀,然后锁紧件2即能使用:

★手持划格器手柄,使多刃切割刀垂直于试片平面:

★以均匀的压力,平稳地不颤动的手法和20~~50mm/s的切割速度割划;

★将试片旋转90度角,在所割划的切口上重复以上操作,以使形成格阵图形;

★用软毛刷沿格阵图形的,两对角线轻轻地向后5次向前5次的刷试片;

★试验至少在试片的三个不同位置上完成,如果三个位置的实验结果不同,应在多于三个位置上重复试验,同时记录全部结果。

How to use the paint film divider:

★ Test strips must be prepared in accordance with ISOR1514 and ISO2808:

★ Place the test piece on a plate with sufficient hardness:

★ According to the required coating film thickness, choose a multi-blade cutting knife with appropriate specifications, and change the part 2 in the figure.

Loosen it once, move the knife body 3 or the threaded shaft 1, you can change the multi-blade cutting knife, and then the locking piece 2 can be used:

★ Hold the handle of the grid divider so that the multi-blade cutting knife is perpendicular to the plane of the test piece:

★ Slitting with uniform pressure, smooth and non-vibrating technique and cutting speed of 20 ~ 50mm / s;

★ Rotate the test piece by 90 degrees, and repeat the above operation on the cut incision to form a lattice pattern;

★ Use a soft-bristled brush to brush the test strip along the grid pattern, gently diagonally back 5 times forward 5 times;

★ The test is completed at least in three different positions on the test strip. If the test results in the three positions are different, the test should be repeated in more than three positions and all results should be recorded at the same time.

 

QFH漆膜划格器工作面数:
★六面:1mm 25格、1mm 100格、1.5mm 100格、2mm 25格(塑料手柄)
★四面:2mm 100格、3mm 25格(木手柄)
★单面:1mm 100格、2mm 100格(木手柄)另配备用刀片1片

Number of working faces of QFH paint film grid:

Six sides: 1mm 25 grid, 1mm 100 grid, 1.5mm 100 grid, 2mm 25 grid (plastic handle)

★ 4 sides: 2mm 100 grid, 3mm 25 grid (wood handle)

QFH漆膜划格器注意事项

★所有切口应穿透涂层,但切入底材不得太深;

★如因涂层过厚和过硬而不能穿透到底材,则该试验无效,应在试验报告中说明;

★在特殊情况下或有特殊要求时必须配合胶带测定。胶带一般是25 mm宽的半透明胶带,背材为聚脂薄膜或醋酸纤维。将胶带贴在整个划格器上,然后以A小角度撕下,结果可用漆膜表面与脱落面积的比例来求得:

★实验应在温度23±2°C和相对湿度50±5%中进行

Note for QFH paint film divider:

★ All cuts should penetrate the coating, but the cut into the substrate should not be too deep;

★ If the coating is too thick and too hard to penetrate the substrate, the test is invalid and should be stated in the test report;

★ Under special circumstances or special requirements, it must be measured with tape. The tape is generally a 25 mm wide translucent tape with a polyester film or acetate backing. Stick the adhesive tape on the entire scale, and then tear it off at a small angle.

★ The experiment should be performed at a temperature of 23 ± 2 ° C and a relative humidity of 50 ± 5%
