试验机是我公司在老款基础上改进设计。整机采用全不锈钢材质,美观耐用,用来测试标准条件下有机涂层的耐磨性。通过单位膜厚的磨耗量来表示试板上涂层的耐磨性。测试方法符合美国工业标准ASTM D968-83以及JG/T 133-2000标准。

The test machine is our company's improved design based on the old model. The whole machine is made of all stainless steel, which is beautiful and durable. It is used to test the wear resistance of organic coating under standard conditions. The wear resistance of the coating on the test panel is indicated by the amount of wear per unit film thickness. The test method complies with American Industrial Standards ASTM D968-83 and JG/T 133-2000 standards.

三,落砂磨耗仪,落砂耐磨试验仪,落砂耐磨试验器测试步骤:
♦ 在每块试板上标出三个圆形区域,每个圆形区域直径为1英寸(25mm),并使试板能在仪器的试板支架上能合适的就位。按标准测试涂层厚度,每个区域至少有三个测试点,记录各自区域上涂层厚度的平均值。
♦将已涂装的试板夹具(5)固定在试板支架上,调整试板使标出的区域正好在导管的中心下方,将一定体积的标准砂灌注到漏斗(1)中,打开落砂开关(2),使砂通过导管,撞击到试板上,在仪器底部用容器收集落下的砂。重复上述操作,直到涂层有5/32英寸(4mm)直径的区域露出底材。在试验过程中,合适增量砂子是2000±10mL,快接近终点时,可以在漏斗(1)中加200±2mL的砂。
♦按以下公式计算涂装试板的每个测试区域的耐磨值
                      A=V/T
公式中:
A——耐磨值,以升每微米计算
V——磨料使用量,升(保留一位小数)
T——涂层厚度,微米(保留一位小数)
需计算同一度板不同区域的耐磨值的平均值和不同试板耐磨性的平均值。
Third, the test steps:
♦ Mark three circular areas on each test panel. Each circular area is 1 inch (25 mm) in diameter and allows the test panel to fit properly on the instrument's test board holder. The coating thickness was tested as standard, with at least three test points per zone, and the average of the coating thicknesses over the respective zones was recorded.
♦ Fix the coated test fixture (5) on the test board bracket, adjust the test board so that the marked area is just below the center of the duct, and inject a certain volume of standard sand into the funnel (1), open and fall. The sand switch (2) allows the sand to pass through the conduit, impacts the test panel, and collects the fallen sand in a container at the bottom of the instrument. The above procedure was repeated until the coating had a 5/32 inch (4 mm) diameter area to expose the substrate. During the test, the appropriate incremental sand is 2000 ± 10 mL. When approaching the end point, 200 ± 2 mL of sand can be added to the funnel (1).
♦ Calculate the wear resistance value of each test area of the coated test panel according to the following formula
A=V/T
formula:
A - wear resistance, calculated in litres per micrometer
V——abrasive usage, liter (retain one decimal)
T - coating thickness, micron (reserving one decimal)
It is necessary to calculate the average value of the wear resistance values of different areas of the same plate and the average value of the wear resistance of different test plates.

五,试验准备:
1.按标准要求制备试板并在(23±2)℃、相对湿度(50±5)%条件下放置24小时。
2.校准仪器:
步骤一:将一定量的砂倒入漏斗(1),检查从导管(4)下端落下的砂流,用底部调整螺钉(8)校准装置,直至从互为90°的两个位置上观察时,砂束的内心正好落在砂流中心位置上为止。用高低调节螺母(7)来调节管子,管子到涂漆表面的距离根据ASTM标准,在垂直方向测量时,其A近点为1英寸(25mm),用户需根据自己的样板厚度进行调整,出厂时面器预先调节25mm。到倒入一定体积量的砂(以2000±10ml为宜),并测出流出时间,流出速度应是21S~23.5S内流也2L。此速度来源于ASTM标准,而用国标中的标准砂作测试时,我们测的速度为1分钟7L以上。
步骤二、将试板用试板夹具(5)固定,并逐步增加放入的砂量,直至逐渐耗露出直径为5/32英寸(25mm)长约1.25英寸(30mm)的椭圆形。A大磨耗区域的中心应在磨耗图形长轴的中心线上,并在上端的9/16~11/16英寸(14~17mm)之内。为了将磨耗圆点校正在磨耗图形中心,允许仪器进行微调。

Fifth, test preparation:

The distance from the pipe to the painted surface is 1 inch (25mm) near the point in the vertical direction according to the ASTM standard. The user needs to adjust the thickness according to the thickness of the sample. The front panel is pre-adjusted to 25mm. Pour a certain volume of sand (suitable to 2000 ± 10ml), and measure the outflow time, the outflow speed should be 21S ~ 23.5S inflow is also 2L. This speed is derived from the ASTM standard, and when tested with standard sand in the national standard, we measured a speed of more than 7L for 1 minute.

Step 2: Fix the test plate with the test plate fixture (5) and gradually increase the amount of sand placed until the oval shape with a diameter of 5/32 inch (25 mm) and a length of about 1.25 inches (30 mm) is gradually exposed. The center of the A large wear area should be on the centerline of the long axis of the wear pattern and within the upper end of 9/16 to 11/16 inches (14 to 17 mm). In order to correct the wear point in the center of the wear pattern, the instrument is allowed to fine tune.
Step 3. Fix a 50/32 inch (4 cm) hole in the fixture (5). The center of the hole should be aligned with the center of the tube. The amount of sand passing through the hole of the test plate is the total amount of sand. 90% to 93% believe that the instrument is standard.


六,落砂磨耗仪,落砂耐磨试验仪,落砂耐磨试验器注意事项:
1、为了保证砂束的内心正好落砂流的中心,每隔一段时间要检查导管的对准情况。
2、砂粒通过仪器25次后,要用NO.30的筛子将变细的砂粒除去,砂粒用过50次后要重新更换。
3、为了获得A高精密度的试验结果,买卖双方应使用同一来源的砂子。
4、作试验时应注意,落砂结束后,应把机器稍微倾斜一下,使漏斗下部的小方块中多余的砂倒出,再重新放入落砂开关(2),以免落砂开关(2)不能放入。
