五,石粉含量测定仪,细集料亚甲蓝试验仪,石粉含量搅拌器试验步骤:

★标准亚甲蓝溶液910.0g/L±0.1g/L标准浓度)配制;

(1)测定亚甲蓝中的水分含量w。称取5g左右的亚甲蓝粉末,记录质量mh,精确到0.01g。在100℃±5℃的温度下烘干至恒重(若干温度超过105℃,亚甲蓝粉末会变质),在干燥器中冷却,然后称重,记录质量mg,精确到0.01g。按式(T0349-1)计算亚甲蓝的含水率w

w = (mh-Mg)/mg×100

式中:mh—亚甲蓝粉末的质量(g);

mg—干燥后亚甲蓝的质量(g)。

(2)取亚甲蓝粉末(100+w)(10g±0.01g)/100(即亚甲蓝干粉末质量10g),精确至0.01g。

(3)加热盛有约600mL洁净水的烧杯,水温不超过40℃。

 

(4)边搅动边加入亚甲蓝粉末,持续搅动45min,直至亚甲蓝粉末全部溶解为止,然后冷却至20℃。

(5)将溶液倒入1L容量瓶中,用洁净水淋洗烧杯等,使所有亚甲蓝溶液全部移入容量瓶,容量瓶和溶液的温度应保持在20℃±1℃,加洁净水至容量瓶1L刻度。

(6)摇晃容量瓶以保证亚甲蓝粉末完全溶解。将标准液移入深色储藏瓶中,亚甲蓝标准溶液保质期应不超过28d。配制好的溶液应标明制备日期、失效日期,并避光保存。

The shelf life of the methylene blue standard solution should not exceed 28 days. The prepared solution should be marked with the date of preparation, the date of expiration, and stored in the dark.

★制备细集料悬浊液

(1)取代表性试样,缩分至约400g,置烘箱中在105℃±5℃条件下烘干至恒重,待冷却至室温后,筛除大于2.36mm颗粒,分两部分备用 。

(2)称取试样200g,精确至0.1g。将试样倒入盛有500mL±5mL洁净水的烧杯中,将搅拌器速度调到600min,搅拌器叶轮离烧杯底部约10mm。搅拌5min,形成悬浊液,用移液管准确加入5mL亚甲蓝溶液,然后保持400r/min±40r/min转速不断搅拌,直到试验结束。

★亚甲蓝吸附量的测定

(1)将滤纸架空放置在敞口烧杯的顶部,使其不与任何其它物品接触。

(2)细集料悬浊液在加入亚甲蓝溶液并经400r/min±40r/min转速搅拌1min起,在滤纸上进行A次色晕检验。即用玻璃棒沾取一滴悬浊液滴于滤纸上,液滴在滤纸上形成环状,中间是集料沉淀物,溶液的数量应使沉淀物直径在8mm~12mm之间。外围环绕一圈无色的水环。当在沉淀物周围边缘放射出一个宽度约1mm左右的浅蓝A晕时,试验成为阳性。

(3)如果A次的5mL亚甲蓝没有使沉淀物周围出现色晕,再向悬浊液中加入5mL亚甲蓝溶液,继续搅拌1min,再用玻璃棒沾取一滴悬浊液,滴于滤纸上,进行第二次色晕试验,若沉淀物周围仍未出现色晕,重复上述步骤,直到沉淀物周围放射出约1mm的稳定浅蓝A晕。

(4)停止滴加亚甲蓝溶液,但继续搅拌悬浊液,每1min进行一次色晕试验。若色晕在A初的4min内消失,再加入5mL亚甲蓝溶液;若色晕在第5min消失,再加入2mL亚甲蓝溶液。两种情况下,均应继续搅拌并进行色晕试验,直至色晕可持续5min为止。

(5)记录色晕持续5min时所加入的亚甲蓝溶液总体积,精确至1mL。

★亚甲蓝的快速评价试验

(1)按三.2.(1)及三.2.(2)要求制样及搅拌。

(2)一次性向烧杯中加入30mL亚甲蓝溶液,以400r/min±40r/min转速持续搅拌8min然后用玻璃棒粘取一滴悬浊液,滴于滤纸上,观察沉淀物周围是否出现明显色晕。

★小于0.15mm粒径部分的亚甲蓝值MBVF  的测定

按三.1~三.3的规定准确试样,进行亚甲蓝试验测试,但试样为0~0.15mm部分,取30g±0.1g。

★按T0333的筛洗法测定细集料中含泥量或石粉含量。

(3) Heat a beaker containing about 600 mL of clean water, and the water temperature does not exceed 40 °C.

★Preparation of fine aggregate suspension
(1) Take a representative sample, reduce it to about 400g, and dry it to constant weight in an oven at 105 °C ± 5 °C. After cooling to room temperature, sieve the particles larger than 2.36mm and divide it into two parts.
(2) Weigh 200 g of the sample to the nearest 0.1 g. Pour the sample into a beaker containing 500 mL ± 5 mL of clean water, adjust the stirrer speed to 600 min, and the stirrer impeller is about 10 mm from the bottom of the beaker. Stir for 5 min to form a suspension, accurately add 5 mL of methylene blue solution with a pipette, and then keep stirring at 400 r / min ± 40 r / min until the end of the test.

★ Determination of the adsorption amount of methylene blue
(1) Place the filter paper overhead on top of the open beaker so that it does not come into contact with any other items.
(2) The fine aggregate suspension was subjected to A color chromatic test on the filter paper after adding the methylene blue solution and stirring at 400 r/min ± 40 r/min for 1 min. That is, a drop of suspended liquid droplets is applied to the filter paper by a glass rod, and the droplets form a ring shape on the filter paper, and the middle is a sediment of the aggregate. The amount of the solution should be such that the diameter of the precipitate is between 8 mm and 12 mm. Surrounded by a circle of colorless water rings. The test became positive when a light blue A halo having a width of about 1 mm was emitted around the periphery of the precipitate.
(3) If 5 mL of methylene blue in A time does not cause color halo around the precipitate, add 5 mL of methylene blue solution to the suspension, continue stirring for 1 min, then take a drop of suspension with a glass rod and drop in On the filter paper, a second color halo test was performed. If there was no color halo around the precipitate, the above procedure was repeated until a stable light blue A halo of about 1 mm was emitted around the precipitate.
(4) Stop the addition of the methylene blue solution, but continue to stir the suspension and perform a color halo test every 1 min. If the color halo disappears within 4 min of A, add 5 mL of methylene blue solution; if the halo disappears at 5 min, add 2 mL of methylene blue solution. In both cases, stirring should be continued and the color halo test should be performed until the color halo lasts for 5 minutes.
(5) Record the total volume of the methylene blue solution added when the color halos last for 5 min, to the nearest 1 mL.

★ Rapid evaluation test of methylene blue
(1) Prepare and stir according to the requirements of 3.2.2 (1) and 3.2.2 (2).
(2) Add 30mL of methylene blue solution to the beaker at one time, continue stirring for 8min at 400r/min±40r/min, then stick a drop of suspension with a glass rod, drip on the filter paper, and observe whether there is obvious color around the sediment. gosh.
★ Determination of methylene blue value MBVF of less than 0.15mm particle size
According to the accurate sample specified in III.1~3.3, the methylene blue test is carried out, but the sample is 0~0.15mm part, taking 30g±0.1g.
★ According to the sieve washing method of T0333, the mud content or stone powder content in the fine aggregate is determined.

本仪器供电为220V  50Hz,用户电源电压超过240V或低于180V时必须考虑配稳压电源,否则会对转速产生影响。
