After the pressure difference between the two sides of the sodium bentonite waterproof blanket reaches a certain value, the waterproof blanket will be destroyed. The hydraulic pressure difference between the two sides of the sample is increased step by step, and it is kept for a certain period of time. When there is water flowing out from the water outlet, it indicates that the sample is damaged, and the hydrostatic pressure resistance value of the sample is obtained.

★ Place the permeable stone on the bottom of the South 55 type permeation instrument, lay a layer of quartz sand on the permeable stone, place a sample on the quartz sand, and fill the space around the sample with bentonite powder. The height and test The height of the sample is the same. Fill the top of the sample with fine sand, then cover another permeable stone and top cover, tighten the nut, and open the pressure valve to properly pressurize the water supply room.
★ Pressure setting: Press the setting button after power on: “Back” and press the shift button>; press the adjustment button + and -; then adjust the value, adjust it, press the setting button “Back”; save it. After adjusting the lower limit value, press the set key to exit. After 1 hour, the lower limit rises to 0.1 MPa.
Time clear: Re-do the experiment, keep pressing the "-" button to not release, first display the time value, 10 seconds after the time can start from 0 hours, "!" can not be mistakenly pressed.

Fourth, instrument maintenance:
After the test is completed, open the exhaust and drain valve, clean the surface of the instrument, press the test chamber cover, dry the bottom plate, dry it and apply anti-rust grease. If the equipment is not used for a long time, open the drain valve on the lower right side of the main unit and open the system inside. All the water is released to prevent cracking.
