一,混凝土芯样磨平仪产品简介:

选用回弹单项串激电机驱动,齿轮减速,圆立柱导轨,丝杠升降手动进给总体设计,具有体积小,结构紧凑,操作简单,磨削质量好等特点。应用于现场采取芯样的试件磨平工作。混凝土芯样磨平机的平面磨头采用金刚石刃具,在高速转速的条件下实现混凝土芯样的端面磨削目的,该机采用圆立柱导轨和丝杠升降手动给进方式,保证了磨头工作平稳,可靠。

三,混凝土芯样磨平仪工作原理:

本机是依靠装有金刚石刃具的平面磨头,在告诉转速的情况下实现混凝土芯样的端面磨削目的,该机采用圆立柱导轨和丝杠升降手动给进方式,保证了磨头工作平稳,可靠。

四,混凝土芯样磨平仪使用方法:

★接通HMP-150型混凝土芯样磨平机电源及水源。

★根据芯样直径选择相应的夹具,将芯样夹紧并转到底盘中心位置后将夹具立柱索紧。

★松开上、下索紧手轮,转动升降手轮,当磨轮端面距芯样端面1mm时停止。然后索紧上索紧手柄,开启进水嘴阀门通水,并闭合电源开关,使磨轮转动,然后逆时针转动手轮,并使磨头下降。当磨轮端面接触试样端面时摆动磨头进行磨削。这样不断地使磨轮下降直至磨平试样端面。

★磨削完毕,关闭电源及水嘴阀。使其处于上极限位置。

★松开夹具索紧手柄,将夹具同试件一同取下并反向按装。重复2、3、4动作磨削另一端面。直至芯样端面符合要求为止

Fourth, the use of concrete core sample grinding machine:

★ Loosen the upper and lower tensioning handwheels and turn the lifting handwheel to stop when the end face of the grinding wheel is 1mm away from the end face of the core. Then tighten the upper cable grip handle, open the water inlet valve to open the water, and close the power switch to turn the grinding wheel, then turn the hand wheel counterclockwise and lower the grinding head. The grinding head is ground while the end face of the grinding wheel contacts the end face of the sample. This continuously reduces the grinding wheel until the end face of the sample is smoothed.
★ After grinding, turn off the power supply and the faucet valve. Keep it in the upper limit position.
★ Loosen the clamp tensioning handle and remove the clamp together with the test piece and press it in the opposite direction. Repeat the 2, 3, 4 action to grind the other end face. Until the end of the core sample meets the requirements

 

五,混凝土芯样磨平仪操作规程;

接通电源及水源。

根据芯样直径选择相应的夹具,将芯样夹紧并转到底盘中心位置后将夹具索紧。

松开上、下索紧手轮,转动升降手轮,当磨轮端面距芯样端面1mm时停止。然后索紧上索紧手柄,开启进水嘴阀门通水,并闭合电源开关,使磨轮转动,然后逆时针转动手轮,并同时顺时针转动微动手轮使磨头下降。当磨轮端面接触试样端面时摆动磨头进行磨削,直至磨平试样端面。 4、磨削完毕,关闭电源及水嘴阀并逆时针转动微动手轮,使其处于上极限位置。 5、松开夹具索紧手柄,将夹具同试样一同取下并反向安装,重复2、3、4步动作磨削另一端面。直至芯样端面符合要求为止。 6、磨平机用后关闭电源,擦试干净机器

Fifth, the operation procedure of concrete core sample grinding machine;
★ Turn on the power and water.

After the grinding is completed, turn off the power supply and the faucet valve and turn the micro-handwheel counterclockwise to make it in the upper limit position. 5. Loosen the clamp and tighten the handle, remove the clamp together with the sample and install it in reverse. Repeat the 2, 3, and 4 steps to grind the other end. Until the end of the core sample meets the requirements. 6. After the flattening machine is used, turn off the power and wipe the machine clean.

 

六,混凝土芯样磨平仪注意事项:

★芯样端面磨削要求质量高,为了防止工作发生振动,磨平机工作时应放在地质较硬的地方,并仔细调正地脚螺钉使底盘放平

★磨轮在磨削中会产生较高热量,为了保证磨轮的使用寿命,严禁在无水情况下进行磨削。

★水源应该有足够的水压,在水压较低时,当磨轮旋转后水流会因受到阻力,磨轮部位会无水喷出。此时可用水管直接将水喷在试件磨削平面上,以保证正常工作。

★在磨轮A次使用时或当磨轮金钢石颗粒磨钝,使削磨发生困难时可用耐火太砖或砂砖待磨轮端面有金刚石颗粒露出即可)。

★芯样装在夹具上,应使芯样两端面露出长度相同为宜。当一端磨好后反向磨削另一面时,不应松动夹具紧固螺丝以保证芯样两端的平行度与端面与轴线的垂直度。

★混凝土磨平机在使用现场应有可靠的接地装置,以防意外事故发生。

★混凝土磨平机用后应擦拭干净。

★The grinding wheel will generate higher heat during grinding. In order to ensure the service life of the grinding wheel, it is strictly forbidden to grind in the absence of water.
★ The water source should have sufficient water pressure. When the water pressure is low, when the grinding wheel rotates, the water flow will be resisted, and the grinding wheel will be sprayed without water. At this point, the water can be directly sprayed on the grinding surface of the test piece to ensure normal operation.
★When the grinding wheel is used A times or when the grinding wheel diamond particles are blunt, it is possible to use refractory brick or sand brick to be exposed on the end face of the grinding wheel when the grinding is difficult.
★ The core sample is mounted on the fixture, so the length of both ends of the core sample should be the same. When grinding the other side and grinding the other side, the clamp fastening screws should not be loosened to ensure the parallelism between the ends of the core and the perpendicularity of the end face and the axis.
★ The concrete smoothing machine should have a reliable grounding device at the use site to prevent accidents.
★ The concrete smoothing machine should be wiped clean after use.
