The mortar point loader is developed according to GB/T50315-2000 <<Masonry Engineering Site Inspection Technical Regulations>> and is a special instrument for masonry mortar strength testing. It can be directly tested at the site or laboratory without affecting the wall. The physical force performance, with the characteristics of easy detection, convenient operation, short time required and high test accuracy, can fully meet the objective requirements of quality control of masonry engineering site and quality assessment and assessment of old and ancient houses.
Second, structure and principle
The point loader consists of a worm gear, a worm mechanical loading system, a pressure sensor and a microcomputer peak display. The sensor is mounted on the base of the loading system, and the peak display and the loading system are connected by wires.
When working, put the pre-taken mortar sample on the indenter, slowly turn the handle of the point-loader clockwise by hand to move the lifting screw downward, and generate pressure when the loading head is against the mortar sample. Load, then apply the load slowly and evenly until the specimen breaks, at which point the microcomputer peak display will hold the maximum load.

★Press the “Peak” button, the peak indicator light is on, and the load can be applied at this time. When the test piece is broken, the display value of the display is the maximum intensity value of the test piece, and the unit is N.
When the next test piece is pressed, press the “Peak” button to make the load indicator light, and the previous test data is eliminated. If the display shows zero value (the display has a small value drift is normal) and then press the “Peak” button. Make the “Peak” indicator light, then you can load it for the next test. If the display shows a large value, press “Zero” to clear it when the “Load” light is on. Repeat the above procedure for each test. However, if the peak indicator is not lit, the display does not have a peak protection function, and the displayed value is automatically cancelled as the unloading is performed.
Process the large piece of mortar peeled off at each measuring point into (or select) the test piece that meets the following requirements: thickness 5-20mm, estimated working radius 15-25mm, large surface should be flat, but its edge does not require very regular .
★ Draw the action point on the mortar test piece and measure the thickness t with a caliper to the nearest 0.1 mm.
★ Place the mortar sample on the lower loading head, the upper and lower loading heads are aligned with the pre-drawn action points, slowly turn the handle of the point-of-charge instrument clockwise by hand, and move the lifting screw downward through the worm gear and the worm drive. When the loading head is pressed against the mortar sample, a pressure load is generated, and then the load is applied slowly and evenly until the test piece is broken, and the loading is stopped at this time.
★ After recording the peak display reading, substitute the formula to calculate the intensity. The unit of reading of the point meter display is N.
★Splicing the damaged specimen into the original sample, measuring the shortest distance from the center of the actual application point of the load to the edge of the specimen is the radius of action, accurate to 0.1 mm.
★ Note: Do not press the upper and lower loading heads directly. If you need to load the head up and down to do this test, you must place a mortar between the upper and lower loading heads to avoid damage to the loading head.
★ instrument calibration adjustment
The instrument has been checked with the standard before leaving the factory. The sensor needs to be re-checked after a period of use. The user can remove the four fixing screws on the back cover of the display to remove the front panel and rotate the potentiometer in the lower left corner (above) of the digital display block. The screw on the top can be used. (The potentiometer below is used to adjust the zero point.) It should be displayed when adjusting.
The display is in the state of "loading" light, repeated loading and unloading test. After the verification, the adjusting screw is sealed with thick paint to avoid vibration changes.
Fifth, maintenance and maintenance:
★ After the instrument is used, it should be cleaned up and put into the box for backup.
★Microcomputer peak display is assembled by integrated circuit. When using, the power supply voltage should be stable within 220V±5V.
★The instrument should be used and stored in a dry place indoors, avoid exposure, rain and moisture to prolong the service life.
★ The worm gear box should be regularly filled with yellow dry oil to keep it lubricated.
