一、产品简介:

细集料亚甲蓝试验仪采用**的调频、数控、技术,提高了试验精度与速度。石粉含量测定仪是按照交通部T0349-2005规范,<细集料亚甲蓝试验>而设计的仪器。适用于确定细集料中是否存在膨胀性粘土矿物,并测定其含量,以评定集料的洁净程度,以亚甲蓝值MBV表示。

1. Product introduction:

三、使用方法:

★时间设定:接通电源,先按“时间设置”拨码器,时间显示为3位。A大时间为999秒。例如:设定搅拌时间为8分钟,拨码器设为480。搅拌8分钟后,搅拌自动停止。如需继续搅拌4分钟,可将拨码器设为240,按一下清零开关仪器从新工作,即搅拌4分钟后停止。每次搅拌停止后,仪器能自动蜂鸣报警。

★转速设定:当仪器接通电源后,拨动“速度选择”开关,速度600转/min,可转换为400转/min。

★启动仪器:当时间与速率设定完成后,按下启动开关,即进入搅拌状态。如中途停止搅拌,再次按下启动开关又进入工作状态。

3. How to use:

★Time setting: turn on the power, first press the "time setting" dialer, the time display is 3 digits. A large time is 999 seconds. For example: set the stirring time to 8 minutes, and set the codec to 480. After stirring for 8 minutes, the stirring stops automatically. If you need to continue to stir for 4 minutes, you can set the DIP switch to 240, and press the reset switch to restart the instrument, that is, to stop after 4 minutes of stirring. After each stirring stops, the instrument can beep automatically.

★Speed setting: when the instrument is connected to the power, toggle the "speed selection" switch, the speed is 600 rpm, which can be converted to 400 rpm.

★Start the instrument: When the time and rate settings are completed, press the start switch to enter the stirring state. If the stirring is stopped halfway, press the start switch again to enter the working state.


四、适用范围:

★本方法适用于确定细集料中是否存在膨胀性粘土矿物,并测定其含量,以评定集料的洁净程度,以亚甲蓝值MBV表示。

★本方法适用于小于2.36㎜或小于0.15㎜的细集料,也可用于矿粉的质量检验。

★当细集料中的0.075㎜通过率小于3%时,可不进行此项试验即作为合格看待。

4. Scope of application:

★This method is suitable for determining whether there is swelling clay mineral in the fine aggregate, and measuring its content, in order to assess the cleanliness of the aggregate, expressed as methylene blue value MBV.

★This method is suitable for fine aggregates less than 2.36㎜ or less than 0.15㎜, and can also be used for quality inspection of mineral powder.

★When the pass rate of 0.075㎜ in the fine aggregate is less than 3%, it can be regarded as qualified without this test.


五、试验步骤:

★标准亚甲蓝溶液910.0g/L±0.1g/L标准浓度)配制;

(1)测定亚甲蓝中的水分含量w。称取5g左右的亚甲蓝粉末,记录质量mh,**到0.01g。在100℃±5℃的温度下烘干至恒重(若干温度超过105℃,亚甲蓝粉末会变质),在干燥器中冷却,然后称重,记录质量mg,**到0.01g。按式(T0349-1)计算亚甲蓝的含水率w

w = (mh-Mg)/mg×100

式中:mh—亚甲蓝粉末的质量(g);

mg—干燥后亚甲蓝的质量(g)。

(2)取亚甲蓝粉末(100+w)(10g±0.01g)/100(即亚甲蓝干粉末质量10g),**至0.01g。

(3)加热盛有约600mL洁净水的烧杯,水温不超过40℃。

(4)边搅动边加入亚甲蓝粉末,持续搅动45min,直至亚甲蓝粉末全部溶解为止,然后冷却至20℃。

(5)将溶液倒入1L容量瓶中,用洁净水淋洗烧杯等,使所有亚甲蓝溶液全部移入容量瓶,容量瓶和溶液的温度应保持在20℃±1℃,加洁净水至容量瓶1L刻度。

(6)摇晃容量瓶以保证亚甲蓝粉末完全溶解。将标准液移入深色储藏瓶中,亚甲蓝标准溶液保质期应不超过28d。配制好的溶液应标明制备日期、失效日期,并避光保存。

★制备细集料悬浊液

(1)取代表性试样,缩分至约400g,置烘箱中在105℃±5℃条件下烘干至恒重,待冷却至室温后,筛除大于2.36mm颗粒,分两部分备用 。

(2)称取试样200g,**至0.1g。将试样倒入盛有500mL±5mL洁净水的烧杯中,将搅拌器速度调到600min,搅拌器叶轮离烧杯底部约10mm。搅拌5min,形成悬浊液,用移液管准确加入5mL亚甲蓝溶液,然后保持400r/min±40r/min转速不断搅拌,直到试验结束。

★亚甲蓝吸附量的测定

(1)将滤纸架空放置在敞口烧杯的顶部,使其不与任何其它物品接触。

(2)细集料悬浊液在加入亚甲蓝溶液并经400r/min±40r/min转速搅拌1min起,在滤纸上进行A次色晕检验。即用玻璃棒沾取一滴悬浊液滴于滤纸上,液滴在滤纸上形成环状,中间是集料沉淀物,溶液的数量应使沉淀物直径在8mm~12mm之间。外围环绕一圈无色的水环。当在沉淀物周围边缘放射出一个宽度约1mm左右的浅蓝A晕时,试验成为阳性。

(3)如果A次的5mL亚甲蓝没有使沉淀物周围出现色晕,再向悬浊液中加入5mL亚甲蓝溶液,继续搅拌1min,再用玻璃棒沾取一滴悬浊液,滴于滤纸上,进行二次色晕试验,若沉淀物周围仍未出现色晕,重复上述步骤,直到沉淀物周围放射出约1mm的稳定浅蓝A晕。

(4)停止滴加亚甲蓝溶液,但继续搅拌悬浊液,每1min进行一次色晕试验。若色晕在A初的4min内消失,再加入5mL亚甲蓝溶液;若色晕在第5min消失,再加入2mL亚甲蓝溶液。两种情况下,均应继续搅拌并进行色晕试验,直至色晕可持续5min为止。

(5)记录色晕持续5min时所加入的亚甲蓝溶液总体积,**至1mL。

★亚甲蓝的快速评价试验

(1)按三.2.(1)及三.2.(2)要求制样及搅拌。

(2)一次性向烧杯中加入30mL亚甲蓝溶液,以400r/min±40r/min转速持续搅拌8min然后用玻璃棒粘取一滴悬浊液,滴于滤纸上,观察沉淀物周围是否出现明显色晕。

★小于0.15mm粒径部分的亚甲蓝值MBVF  的测定

按三.1~三.3的规定准确试样,进行亚甲蓝试验测试,但试样为0~0.15mm部分,取30g±0.1g。

★按T0333的筛洗法测定细集料中含泥量或石粉含量。

5. Test steps:

★Standard methylene blue solution 910.0g/L±0.1g/L standard concentration) preparation;

(1) Measure the water content w in methylene blue. Weigh about 5g of methylene blue powder and record the mass mh, ** to 0.01g. In the formula: mh—the mass of methylene blue powder (g);

mg—Methylene blue mass after drying (g).

(2) Take methylene blue powder (100+w) (10g±0.01g)/100 (that is, methylene blue dry powder mass 10g), ** to 0.01g.

(3) Heat the beaker containing about 600mL of clean water, the water temperature should not exceed 40℃.

(4) Add the methylene blue powder while stirring, and continue to stir for 45 minutes until the methylene blue powder is completely dissolved, and then cool to 20°C.

(5) Pour the solution into a 1L volumetric flask, rinse the beaker with clean water, etc., so that all the methylene blue solution is transferred into the volumetric flask, the temperature of the volumetric flask and the solution should be maintained at 20℃±1℃, and add clean water to Volumetric flask 1L scale.

(6) Shake the volumetric flask to ensure that the methylene blue powder is completely dissolved. Move the standard solution into a dark-colored storage bottle. The shelf life of the methylene blue standard solution should not exceed 28 days. The prepared solution should be marked with the date of preparation and expiration date, and kept in dark place.

★Preparation of fine aggregate suspension

(1) Take a representative sample, shrink it to about 400g, and place it in an oven at 105℃±5℃ to dry it to a constant weight. After cooling to room temperature, sieve particles larger than 2.36mm, and divide it into two parts for standby.

(2) Weigh 200g of sample, ** to 0.1g. Pour the sample into a beaker containing 500mL ± 5mL of clean water, adjust the speed of the stirrer to 600min, and the impeller of the stirrer is about 10mm away from the bottom of the beaker. Stir for 5min to form a suspension, add 5mL of methylene blue solution accurately with a pipette, and then keep stirring at 400r/min±40r/min until the end of the test.

★Determination of methylene blue adsorption

(1) Place the filter paper overhead on the top of the open beaker so that it does not come into contact with any other objects.

(2) After adding the methylene blue solution to the fine aggregate suspension and stirring at 400r/min±40r/min for 1min, perform the A-color test on the filter paper. That is, use a glass rod to take a drop of suspended droplets on the filter paper. The droplets form a ring on the filter paper, and the aggregate precipitate is in the middle. The number of solutions should make the diameter of the precipitate between 8mm~12mm. Surrounded by a ring of colorless water. When a light blue halo with a width of about 1 mm is radiated around the edge of the sediment, the test becomes positive.

(3) If the 5 mL methylene blue of the A time does not cause halo around the precipitate, then add 5 mL methylene blue solution to the suspension, continue to stir for 1 min, then use a glass rod to dip a drop of the suspension, drop in On the filter paper, conduct the second color halo test. If the color halo does not appear around the precipitate, repeat the above steps until a stable light blue A halo of about 1 mm is radiated around the precipitate.

(4) Stop adding the methylene blue solution dropwise, but continue to stir the suspension, and conduct a color halo test every 1 min. If the halo disappears within 4 minutes of the beginning of A, add 5 mL of methylene blue solution; if the halo disappears within 5 minutes, add 2 mL of methylene blue solution. In both cases, stirring should be continued and the color halo test should continue until the color halo can last for 5 minutes.

(5) Record the total volume of the methylene blue solution added when the halo lasts for 5 min, ** to 1 mL.

★Rapid evaluation test of methylene blue

(1) Prepare and stir according to the requirements of III.2.(1) and III.2.(2).

(2) Add 30mL of methylene blue solution to the beaker at one time, continue stirring at 400r/min±40r/min for 8min, then stick a drop of suspension with a glass rod, drop it on the filter paper, and observe whether there is obvious color around the precipitate gosh.

★Measurement of MBVF of methylene blue value less than 0.15mm

Accurately test the methylene blue test according to the provisions of 3.1.3.3, but the sample is 0~0.15mm, and take 30g±0.1g.

★According to T0333 sieving and washing method, determine the mud content or stone powder content in the fine aggregate.


六、石粉含量测定仪公式:

★细集料亚甲蓝值MBV按式(T0349-2)计算,**至0.1。

★亚甲蓝快速试验结果评定

若沉淀物周围出现明显色晕,则判定亚甲蓝快速试验为合格,若沉淀物周围未出现明显色晕,则判定亚甲蓝快速试验不为合格。

★小于0.15mm部分或矿粉的亚甲蓝值MBVF按式(0349-3)计算,**至0.1。

★The methylene blue value MBVF of the part less than 0.15mm or mineral powder is calculated according to formula (0349-3), ** to 0.1.

★细集料中含泥量或矿粉含量计算和评定按T0333的方法进行。

七、石粉含量测定仪注意事项:

本仪器供电为220V  50Hz,用户电源电压超过240V或低于180V时必须考虑配稳压电源,否则会对转速产生影响。
