灌水法压实度测定仪灌水法试验主要步骤:

★在整平后的地表,将座板固定。将聚乙烯塑料膜沿环套内壁及地表紧贴铺好。记录储水桶初始水位高度,注水入座板至刚满不外溢为止。记录储水桶水位高度,计算座板部分地体积。

★内下挖至要求深度,将落入坑内的试样装入盛土容器内,并测定含水量。

★修整坑壁,将塑料薄膜沿坑底、坑壁紧密相贴地铺好。

★记录储水筒内初始水位高度,注水。当水面与环套的上边缘齐平时关闭注水管,持续3~5min记录储水筒内水位高度。

Main steps of the irrigation method for the irrigation method

★ Fix the seat plate after leveling the surface. The polyethylene plastic film is laid tightly along the inner wall of the ring and the surface. Record the initial water level of the water storage tank, and fill the water into the seat plate until it is full. 细粒料与石料应分开测定含水量,按下式求出整体含水量:

ω=ωfρf+ωc(1-ρf)

式中:ωf——细粒料部分的含水量,%;

ωc——石料部分的含水量,%;

ρf——细粒料的干质量与全部材料干质量之比。

细粒料与石块的划分以60mm粒径为界。

按下式计算座板部分的容积:

V1=(h1-h2)Aw

式中:V1——座板部分的容积,cm3

Aw——储水筒断面积cm2

h1——储水筒内初始水位高度,cm;

h2——储水筒内注水终了时水位高度,cm.

按下式计算试坑容积

                   V=(H1-H2) Aw—V1

式中:V——试坑容积,cm3

H1——储水筒内初始水位高度cm

H2——储水筒内注水终了时水位高度cm

按下式计算湿密度:

ρd=mp/V

Determination of calculation by irrigation method of watering method

The fine water and stone should be separated to determine the water content, and the overall water content is determined by the following formula:

H2——the height of the water level at the end of the water injection in the water storage tank, cm.

Calculate the test pit volume as follows

V=(H1-H2) Aw—V1

Where: V - test pit volume, cm3

H1——the initial water level in the water storage tank cm

H2——Water level height cm at the end of water injection in the water storage tank

Calculate the wet density as follows:

Ρd=mp/V
