一、产品简介:

建筑幕墙耐撞击检测设备又称幕墙耐撞击性能测试装置,它主要用于测试各种类的幕墙或其它类似建筑维护结构的耐抗撞击性能的测试,建筑幕墙耐撞击性能检测仪器又名幕墙耐撞击性能测试装置,主要是检测幕墙对抗冰雹、大风时飞来物、飞鸟等室外撞击及室内人员、物品冲击的抗冲撞能力。耐撞击性能也是对幕墙材料在冲击荷载作用下的承载能力的一种要求。幕墙的撞击力取决于物体的重量、形式、刚度以及撞击的速度。

 Product introduction:

二、可执行标准:

幕墙耐撞击性能测试装置是依据国标GB/T15227-2007建筑幕墙气密、水密、抗风压性能检测方法,GB/T18250-2000建筑幕墙平面内变形性能检测方法,GB/T21086-2007建筑幕墙,GB/T21086-2007附录F(规范性附录)耐撞击性能试验方法的要求所设计和开发,各项性能参数指标完全符合以上标准,是幕墙检测设备中信誉度好的检测设备。

三、技术参数:

1. 在大降落高度处,悬挂钢丝绳与挂点水平面的水平夹角>14°;

2. 撞击物体和悬挂钢丝绳在自由状态时,轮胎外缘与试件表面的距离>5mm,且<15mm;

3. 撞击物体的几何**位于被撞击点50mm为半径的圆形范围内。

4. 撞击物体释放装置能够准确定位撞击物体的提升高度,保持撞击物体**线和悬挂钢丝绳**线在同一条直接线,撞击物体被释放后将自由下落。

Third, the technical parameters:

五,试验原理:

六、检测方法如下:

1、幕墙耐撞击检测范围

本附录规定了用软体重物撞击试件表面检验建筑幕墙耐撞击性能的试验方法。

2、幕墙耐撞击性能试验设备

2.1、幕墙耐撞击性能试验框架

试验框架应足够坚固,能承受试验载荷,且不影响试验结果,并应具有满足试验安装的夹紧装置。

2.2、撞击物体

撞击物体是总重量为(50±0.1)kg的软体重物,由两个轮胎、两个重块和其它连接件组成,轮胎内压力宜为0.35±0.02MPa。符合图B2的规定。

2.3、测量设备

a) 悬挂装置的挂点应足够坚固,并能调整以满足不同撞击位置的需要。悬挂撞击物体的钢丝绳宜为直径为5mm的不锈钢钢丝绳。在大降落高度处,悬挂钢丝绳与挂点水平面的水平夹角不宜小于14°。

b) 撞击物体和悬挂钢丝绳在自由状态时,轮胎外缘与试件表面的距离宜大于5mm,且小于15mm。撞击物体的几何**应位于被测撞击点以50mm为半径的圆形范围内。

c) 撞击物体释放装置应能准确定位撞击物体的提升高度,保持撞击物体**线和悬挂钢丝绳**线在同一条直线上,并确保撞击物体被释放后能够自由下落。

3、建筑幕墙耐撞击试验环境

幕墙耐撞击性能测试装置的试验样品应在15℃-30℃温度范围、25%-75%相对湿度的非破坏性环境中存放和试验。

4、建筑幕墙耐撞击检测程序

幕墙耐撞击性能测试装置在试验过程中,试验样品应在正常的使用状态,开启部分应在闭合状态。

4.1、撞击能量


幕墙耐撞击性能测试装置撞击能量按下列公式计算:

E = 9.8m .h

式中:

E——撞击能量(N.m);

m——撞击物体的质量(kg);

h——撞击物体有效下落高度(m)

4.2、确定撞击点

幕墙耐撞击性能测试装置可选择建筑师指定的任何部位进行撞击试验,一般可选择如下部位进行试验

a)立柱相邻连接点的中点;

b)横梁的中点;

c)立柱和横梁连接点上方100mm;

d)楼面上部800mm以下部位幕墙面板的**。

4.3、试验过程

a) 试验宜从较低降落高度进行,然后逐级增加高度,观察并记录试件的状况,测量试件的残余变形。降落高度的误差为±20mm。应避免因弹性多次反复撞击。

b) 对室内侧耐撞击有要求的试件,应进行室内侧耐撞击试验。

4.4、结果判定

违反下列情况之一应判定为不合格:

a)幕墙应能吸收撞击能量,保持原有性能;

b)撞击力消失后,幕墙应能恢复,不应发生*变形;

c)撞击力不应导致幕墙零部件脱落;

d)幕墙面板应能达到其产品标准规定的耐撞击性能。

5、建筑幕墙耐撞击试验报告

幕墙耐撞击性能测试装置的试验报告应包含以下信息:

a)测试依据;

b)试件的委托单位;

c)试件类、规格尺寸、材料、形状和结构,以及五金件位置的全部相关详细情况;

d)试验室的存放和试验条件;

e)试验中发生破坏的详细情况;

f)定级结果的表述(包括试件双面检验的定级);

g)试验室的名称和地点;

h) 检测人员签字;

i)试验日期。

Six, the detection method is as follows:

1.Curtain wall impact resistance detection range

This appendix specifies the test method to test the impact resistance of building curtain walls with the impact of soft weights on the test piece surface.

2. Curtain wall impact resistance test equipment

2.1 Test frame for curtain wall impact resistance

The test frame shall be strong enough to withstand the test load without affecting the test results, and shall have clamping devices that meet the test installation.

2.2 Impacting objects

The impact object is a soft weight with a total weight of (50 ± 0.1) kg. It consists of two tires, two weights and other connecting parts. The internal pressure of the tire should be 0.35 ± 0.02MPa. Meet the requirements of Figure B2.

2.3 Measuring equipment

a) The hanging points of the suspension device should be strong enough and can be adjusted to meet the needs of different impact positions. The wire rope for hanging the impact object should be a stainless steel wire rope with a diameter of 5mm. At large landing heights, the horizontal angle between the suspended wire rope and the horizontal plane of the hanging point should not be less than 14 °.

b) The distance between the outer edge of the tire and the surface of the test piece should be greater than 5mm and less than 15mm when the impacting object and the suspension rope are in a free state. The geometry of the impact object should be located in a circular range with a radius of 50mm as the impact point to be measured.

c) The impact object release device should be able to accurately locate the lifting height of the impact object, keep the impact object ** line and the hanging wire rope ** line on the same straight line, and ensure that the impact object can freely fall after being released.

3. Impact test environment of building curtain wall

The test samples of the curtain wall impact resistance test device shall be stored and tested in a non-destructive environment at a temperature range of 15 ° C-30 ° C and a relative humidity of 25% -75%.

4. Building curtain wall impact resistance detection program

During the test of the curtain wall impact resistance test device, the test sample should be in the normal use state, and the open part should be in the closed state.

4.1 Impact energy

The impact energy of the curtain wall impact resistance test device is calculated according to the following formula:

E = 9.8m .h

In the formula:

E——impact energy (N.m);

m——mass of impacted object (kg);

h——Effective fall height of the impact object (m)

4.2 Determine the impact point

The curtain wall impact resistance test device can choose any part specified by the architect for the impact test. Generally, the following parts can be selected for the test.

a) the midpoint of the adjacent connection points of the columns;

b) the midpoint of the beam;

c) 100mm above the connection point between the column and the beam;

d) ** of curtain wall panel below 800mm in the upper part of the floor.

4.3 Test process

a) The test should be carried out from a lower landing height, and then increase the height step by step, observe and record the condition of the specimen, and measure the residual deformation of the specimen. The drop height error is ± 20mm. Avoid repeated repeated impacts due to elasticity.

b) For test pieces that require impact resistance on the indoor side, the indoor side impact resistance test shall be carried out.

4.4 Outcome determination

Failure to comply with one of the following conditions shall be determined as unqualified:

a) The curtain wall should be able to absorb the impact energy and maintain the original performance;

b) After the impact force disappears, the curtain wall should be able to recover without any deformation;

c) Impact force should not cause the curtain wall components to fall off;

d) The curtain wall panel should be able to achieve the impact resistance specified in its product standard.

5. Impact test report of building curtain wall

The test report of the curtain wall impact resistance test device shall contain the following information:

a) Test basis;

b) the entrusting unit of the test piece;

c) all relevant details of the test piece type, size, material, shape and structure, and the location of the hardware;

d) Storage and test conditions of the laboratory;

e) details of the damage that occurred during the test;

f) the expression of grading results (including the grading of double-sided test specimens);

g) the name and location of the laboratory;

h) signature of the inspector;

i) Test date.
