一,混凝土动弹模量测定仪概述

混凝土动弹模量测定是冻融试验中的一个基本指标适用于检验混凝土在各种因素作用下内部结构的变化情况。它是冻融试验中的一个基本指标。 应用领域为大专院校、科研单位、检测单位以及冶金、建筑、桥梁、水电等领域对混凝土、碳素、石板、玻璃、砖、塑料、和金属材料的动弹性模量测量。

I. Overview of concrete dynamic modulus tester
The determination of concrete dynamic modulus is a basic indicator in the freeze-thaw test. It is suitable for testing the internal structure changes of concrete under various factors. 四,混凝土动弹模量测定仪使用方法

★首先根据试件尺寸,调整好两下刀口距离。

若试件尺寸为100×100时,应首先将固紧螺母(13)拧紧,把右连接扳(12)与两只25mm长的定位套(14)调换位置(即将连接扳放在两只定位套的里面),然后将固紧螺母拧紧。

若试件尺寸为125×125时,应将固紧螺母拧松,把右连接扳放在两只25mm定位套中间,然后把固紧螺母拧紧。

若试件尺寸为150×150时,侧将右连接扳放在两只25mm定位套的外边即可,如结构示意图所示。

★在左、右基座(17)(19)上,装好左、右标尺(2)、(7),并将紧定螺钉拧紧,固定好标尺。

★调整上刀口位置,使上、下刀口(6)(11)间距等于所需距值,然后将固紧螺钉(5)拧紧。

★将两只配用量表(1)、(8)左右编号后分别装在左,右基座上,位置按触,

★双手握住左、右连接扳(16)(12)均匀地压缩的位置上,如兼弹簧夹紧力不够,可转动调节螺母(21)调整弹簧压力。

★在测压缩变形时,仪器在夹持试件后,将定位螺钉(9)下旋离开下刀口底面〉7mm(做完试验后再复位,使下刀口底面成水平位置)

在测拉伸变形时,侧不需要将定位螺钉下旋,仍保持下刀底面成水平位置接触。

★为了增强上刀口的夹紧力也可通过手轮(4)调整。

★试件在标距范围内的压缩量取两表数值的平均值进行计算。

Fourth, the use of concrete dynamic modulus tester:
★ First adjust the distance between the two cutting edges according to the size of the test piece.
If the size of the test piece is 100×100, first tighten the tightening nut (13), and change the position of the right connecting plate (12) and the two 25mm long positioning sleeves (14). Inside the sleeve), then tighten the tightening nut.
If the size of the test piece is 125×125, loosen the tightening nut, place the right connecting plate between the two 25mm positioning sleeves, and then tighten the tightening nut.
If the size of the test piece is 150×150, the right side of the test piece can be placed outside the two 25mm positioning sleeves, as shown in the structural diagram.
★ On the left and right bases (17) (19), install the left and right scales (2), (7), and tighten the set screws to fix the scale.
★ Adjust the position of the upper knife edge so that the distance between the upper and lower knife edges (6) (11) is equal to the required distance, and then tighten the fastening screw (5).

★The two metering tables (1) and (8) are numbered and placed on the left and right bases respectively.
★ Hold the left and right connecting plates (16) (12) with both hands in a position where the clamping force is evenly compressed. If the clamping force of the spring is not enough, turn the adjusting nut (21) to adjust the spring pressure.
★When measuring the compression deformation, after clamping the test piece, the instrument will rotate the positioning screw (9) off the bottom surface of the lower knife edge > 7mm (reset after the test, so that the bottom surface of the lower knife edge is horizontal)
When measuring the tensile deformation, the side does not need to rotate the positioning screw down, and still keep the bottom surface of the lower knife in a horizontal position.
★ In order to enhance the clamping force of the upper knife edge, it can also be adjusted by the handwheel (4).
