三，直读式混凝土含气量测定仪工作原理:

★该仪器测定原理是根据气态方程，保持一定压力的气室和装满试料的容器之间，开闭压力平衡时，两个容器的压力达到平衡时，气室压力减少的量即是砂浆中的空气含量所占的百分比，在压力表上表示出的即是试料中的空气含量。

四，直读式混凝土含气量测定仪操作规程:

★用湿布将量钵和盖的内表面擦净，然后装入砼试样，用振动式或插捣器抹平,直至无气泡.

★抹平后随后称出容器和砼试样的总质量。

★在正对操作阀孔的砼表面贴一小块薄纸或塑料薄膜，擦净法兰盘，盖好量钵盖，拧紧钳式夹，打开排气阀。

★关闭操作阀，从进气阀来压缩空气，使压力指针为1Kgf/cm2。

★关紧操作阀打开进水阀加少量水，关闭进水阀、排气阀使之密封不漏气。

★打开操作阀，使气室内的压缩溶器进入量钵，待压力表指针稳定后，读出表值。
